it came from this   honestly thinking about giving the scarf to a friend's SHFiguarts kamen rider black but we're not sure if the head is on  a ball joint or not

gonna be at least a month before we'll know for sure. he's a long commute away and that's not worth the time and money just for a toy that might look good.
