Description
My original intention was building upon a plot point made in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, that Cell/Cell Max isn't heroic looking, so I set out to make Perfect Cell look heroic but for some reason I just ended up with a modified version of Cell (the upper torso and feet are different from the canon design). I also wanted to color this in a traditional manner (not digital) but ran out of light green marker near the finish line (the upper thighs aren't neatly colored). Aside from some oopsies (smudging in the upper left arm, yellow on the chin guard crossing the lines) it turned out pretty well. I actually colored the horns in green before i realized the inner parts are black.
