kamen rider shuki is from the TV show kamen rider hibiki and is the world's first official female kamen rider to appear on TV (so far the other 2 official female riders are movie only versions). and like the rest of the female riders (so far), she died.the design has lots of flaws in terms of accuracy but it was for a costume design contest that specializes in cuteness over accuracy.

the mask is there, i just turned it into a decoration for her headband. and i did shuki like the ones on this site
