I actually have a Dragon Type Eevolution design myself. It's called Krypteon (Krip-TEE-on) being a play on the words Kyrptic & Eon.
How it is obtained is that you trade Eevee while holding a Dracul Fragment.

Have Eevee hold a sedimenter it becomes the Rock type Igneon (Ig-KNEE-on)
Have Eevee hold a gigabite cord it becomes the Cyber type Techneon (Teck-KNEE-on)
Have Eevee hold a rusty armor piece it becomes the Steel Type Osmeon (AHS-me-on)
Have Eevee hold a maintainer it becomes the Normal type Eeveeon (EE-vee-on)
Have Eevee hold a neon jelly it becomes the Bug type Enteon (ANN-tee-on)
Have Eevee hold an Eerie Mask it becomes the Ghost Type Bliveon (Bul-IHV-ee-on)
