Eee...yeah not at all what I had in mind but I can see what you tried to do and honestly I don't think it's half bad. There are just two nitpicks though I should point it:
1. Sweetie Belle using the staff of "Sameness" doesn't seem logically for one the staff was confirmed to be just a stick and that it was really Starlight's magic that removed everyponies cutie mark's. You could say Starlight taught Sweetie Belle the spell. But given how much trouble the spell has caused I doubt that Starlight would just go ahead and teach it to Sweetie Belle plus even if she did it would take Sweetie Belle ages of master a powerful spell. If she could manage to do powerful magic at all.
2. Why does Scootaloo have Applejack's cutie mark and not Rainbow Dash?
A really great job on it none the less and I'm also liking to see where this is going.
