I think it's something like this:
Karin stands there with her husband and lil Sasu in her arms...they both look the same...and then she looks at Sasuke and his face turns into Itachis and then she looks at her child and it will also have the face of Itachi...and then the scene will change... little ItaSasuke will grow older and kill Sasuke and then Karin... but before he kills her she'll wake up.......
