Great job! It's really great! I love the blushing - I love the colours you picked and the even-ness of the blush. Stunning. She's such a beautiful sculpt as well!
I really like the concept, and the actually application has high potential.
The only thing I'd really like to comment on is the facial 'hairs' (Eyelashes, eyebrows)
They look a bit choppy, and a little chunky. Are you using water colour pencils? If so, try sharpening them a little more ^^
Try using soft strokes of water colour pencil, then adding layers, thickening the colour of the pencil. Also try blushing the brows. That way they don't look as choppy.
Otherwise - You've got so much potential! Your face-ups are better than most I've seen!!
Keep up the good work - Keep practicing!

Thank you,
I am using Water Color Pencils, Prismas. Along with Acrylic Paints(Half and the black ones, and all the silver ones.)
I use the water color pencils dry though, would you suggest i wet them slightly or alot?
Thank you for the Critique, I like your suggestions and will definitely try them. I'll Keep working at it~

Naw, you don't need to wet your coloured pencils.
Just add layers. Start with light strokes, then get thicker :3
I look forward to seeing your progress!!
