FINALLY I got to making the official ref for Static!

Why do I apply so much of myself in my favorites OC's personalities xD

A note to any artists drawing Static...It's okay to exclude the second small stripe on the spikes and or the metal bits on the body for simpler purposes such as chibis or whatnot. c:

PERSONALITY
Static's personality is not so energetic as most Hyper Charges are. He has a more calm appearance. Though once someone gets to know him he can get really hyper and his Hyper Charge personality kicks in. Static is really caring and loyal but often times think he's a bother or a pain when he's really not. He tends to try to draw attention to himself and can sometimes get too proud. He doesn't like to be alone for too long and likes the company of others, or Frisbee for the most part. Doesn't really take on one gender personality over another, though most people refer to Static as a 'he'.
His favorite food are tablets, their pens and accessories. He is NOT waterproof.

XTRICITIRIA INFO
#338-B: Also known as Hyper Charge. Impacted by the computer's charger, this Xtricitiria was impacted in that it has excess metal plating that's surprisingly light, the ability to release excess electricity through it's paws and metal plating that can last for a long time, and a charger on it's tail instead of a regular plug. These Xtricitiria love to race and are extremely hyper. Befriending these can be a challenge to some. It's plating is usually a rustic color such as copper, gold, silver, titanium, etc, but can sometimes have a colored hue to it. Usually has spikes along it's spine. Common.
