Ok, so, this is actually my first fully completed animation. I'm really satisfied with it, which is surprising, because I'm usually very self-critical when it comes to my own drawings.The inspiration for it was the simple fact that I made a drawing of Gengar, Haunter and Gastly in these exact same positions a while ago and thought "Hey, I'd like to see them like that but moving!" immediately followed by "wait, I've never animated something this big before," at which point I decided to give animation one more go. What I mean by this is that I've tried to animate before, once with FireAlpaca (which broke halfway through the animation), then another time in PhotoShop, but I gave up halfway through, and any and all other attempts consisted of me getting frustrated over how dumb the animation mechanics are in PhotoShop. However, with enough patience, I got a hang of it, and here we are.
I actually found making this quite enjoyable, despite the seemingly time-consuming nature of animating. I want to keep making more, and hopefully I'll get better along the way too.
