Here's a Fine lightning I made by following a Photoshop tutorial on how to make these and you can use them on any photo and to insure it doesn't have the black background make you set the blending option to lighten or screen (depends on the image you are using). also you may change the color if you like I don't mind what you do with this custom lightning bolt of mine and to change the color of the bolt goto image>Adjustments>Hue/saturation and make sure colorize is checked on and you can adjust the saturation and hue colors at your will but keep lightness on the default value of 0
