Supeheroes in this world have so much spotlight in the media its impossible for them to have a secret identity.This is not the case for villians of low rank like Valeska, part of her income comes from her little petting zoo bussiness which consist in lots of little mammals and reptiles (except amphibians cause she hates them).
A changed name , dyed hair and a hat its all she needs to blend in the crowd, people wouldnt even notice the ressemblance of names or the same reptile themes.
Also she finds it easier to work with kids than adults.

Good stuff, I like my villains and heroes to have a life outside the job- mostly especially teh villains. So it's nice to see that Valeska has something going on beyond attacking people and robbing banks.
Seems like a fun job too, I'd be interested in seeing more quiet villain time.

In all seriousness, this is actuall an interesting concept, gives the vilanesses or villan's something to do to burn off those scheme steams.
