Decided to redesign Max Dillon AKA Electro!! I really didn't mind Electro's look in Amazing Spider-Man 2 however I wish they had stuck a bit closer to the comics! I took inspiration from the movie version (played by Jamie Foxx) which in turn is inspired by Electro from Ultimate Spider-Man! I wanted to stick to the colours of the original suit but wanted the suit to look like it was constructed for him to keep control of his powers, almost like a battery! Hope You Like

Electro's look was okay in Amazing Spider-Man 2, but his motive was terrible. He has ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to hate Spider-Man.

His storyline was very weak and I wish his character was used more!!

They should've saved him for another movie. At least Venom had a motive in Spider-Man 3...
Also, I liked William Defoe as the Green Goblin better than Dane DeHaan. DeHaan was good, but his role was too rushed. I'll go out on a limb and say that Amazing Spider-Man 2 was an even bigger mess than Spider-Man 3.

I agree they rushed the whole Goblin storyline! They should of kept Electro for ASM 2 and then the Goblin and Gwens death storyline for the 3rd film!

I'd also like to see Gwen resurrected somehow like she was in the comics.
Furthermore, I'm getting tired of seeing Spider-Man rebooted so many times. I'd honestly go see a Spider-Gwen movie.

Great, great redesign. I love how you mix both his original design with the Ultimate look. I wish this was the model they went for in ASM2 instead of the generic black body-armor look. You have a great talent for combining the old with the new to create some that pays homage to the old in a beautiful way. Great work.

I really loved Jamie Foxx as Electro but I kinda wished they added some green and yellow elements to the suit as well

I share about the same sentiments when I first saw Electro's suit from the movie. I really like what you did to incorporate the lighting bolts into the suit. Definitely better then the little "iron-on's" they put on the upper arms.
I also wish they had done something similar to his "grunge" cloths and hood when he got out of the morgue. Maybe having some painted lightning marks along the hood. Maybe similar to this: i1.ytimg.com/vi/BWIPU0XrLn4/ma…
True it may be a little far fetched, but they could have always had him get the cloths off of, let's say, a tagger he bumped into in a back alley. Wouldn't be any stranger then a convenient bin of cloths.

Thanks! I totally agree with you! I liked the hoodie look but I couldn't help but think how come it didn't burn off! When Harry touches Electro later on in the film he gets shocked which means his skin was electrified, and if the hoodie and pants were normal fabric they would of burnt off!

Well they DID give a lil easter egg to those that liked the yellow and Green colorscheme. the icing on Max's cake he has in the fridge for his birthday were Yellow and Green.

I hated the hoodie, how would Harry be shocked from touching him yet the hoodie never burnt off? It made absolutely no sense! XD

Well I'm not sure what it's made out of but Max is an AV kid in Middleton High who wears that Sweater (even before he got his powers) to look cool.

It would make sense if he wore it while he became Electro because then the molecules of the outfit would of also changed

But it would work with your idea because he emits his electricity through his hands! My version it comes out anywhere so a hoodie wouldn't work, but it works with yours
