So I finally got the time to make it this year. YAY

Its the Japanese X-Mas cake everyone knows of or lest I think. It took me awhile to make since I had to make the cream as well.

It may not look as well as all the other ones but I think its not bad for my first time and with what I have in my apt. My mother still has all the cook wear. lol

cant wait to make it again.^w^
