7 is prepubescent, it would be very easy for a child that age to convincingly visually pass for any gender.Β Besides, surgery is not what makes a trans person trans; many trans people the world over will never be able to transition medically, for a broad variety of reasons, and that has no bearing on the fact that they are the gender they identify as. ^_^
