lol.... I think the comment was aimed more at the storyline - that Ratchet being slow on repairing Sunstreaker's body was causing all sorts of problems around the base.

There was definitely a challenge on how to draw or show a 'naked' Transformer. Since it depends on if you consider their outer car forms 'armour'-ish or as part of their original body. I mean really, there should be no such thing, but for the purposes of humour I bent the rules a little.
I wondered if anyone else would find this funny, when I came up with the concept I was laughing but I saw it more as cartoon actions than comic panels I was hoping I could translate it properly.
