An early attempt at digital. Looking back there were a lot of techniques that I tried to integrate from my traditional practice and it just didn't mesh well. What I needed to do was just forget what I had learned and started fresh with some experimentation. Its easy to look around this site and get depressed, but you shouldn't. It's cause to try new things and expand yourself more than it is to mope around. I was about to say something "deep" but honestly just stop thinking and work. You'll be happier.

The dialogue here was meant to elaborate on the situation. She's certainly not lost to her instincts, but she's not a concerned as she was. As a scientist, I think that she is excited by the new experience, and she's certainly glad I didn't finish the Ridley Scott trope.
