I bet she thought it was some kind of marathon and was surprised that no one showed up. Well some people did. Probably why she's running.

Also the angle is great. Gives the feeling of urgency and fear. Like she's being hunted

I don't know about perspective, but the deer young lady has some really nice detail, especially in those hooves!

I actually think her angles fine. What's' throwing it off is the foreground tree, which is curving to be up in the pictures perspective, but if you tilt the frame, is growing at an angle. While not unnatural, it's really only odd because you chose it as a foreground element so it throws our sense of "up" off.
