Hello! I wanted to say this piece is overall amazing ♥
But since this is a critique, I'm not just gonna ramble how great it is. Getting to the point:

I think Chara looks great! Looking at their body, mostly. But Frisk's torso is a bit off and I think it's a bit because of the shading. Like, the shadow should be all over their back, since the arm closer to the 'camera' is reaching out. So their back is visible. Other than that, this is a perspective piece, that's why I think the arm in the back should be a bit.. smaller, at least not placed at their, uhhhh.. butt's height. Like, it should be visible it's more in the back. Their arm (the one closer to the 'camera) reaches out a bit weirdly too, it should be bent(?) a bit. You could even make the arm much more bent, as if Frisk was unsure if they should take the ghost's hand. Their face seems surprised, that's why I give you such example. The way you made their legs is really good tho!

Other than that, I think both Frisk's and Chara's fringes shouldn't stick to their foreheads so much. Make them a bit more fluffy, since these kind of fringes are usually quite fluffy, they're not straightly going with forehead's 'curves'.

Also, I just adore the background ♥ The only thing I'd say is that the flowers look a bit messy, but hey. Who wouldn't be lazy to draw so many flowers in a detailed way?
