I like how you did Kim's expressions... They convey her emotions well. Nice job with the middle panel in the bottom row. For a little frame, the sweep of the scene - from Shego to Kim to Dayes - is impressive.
Last panel - poor Shego. 
Also, in that last frame - is Miss Kitty paraphrasing Pokemon?
