Fluttershy is probably the best bet to be a witch, she;s very in tune with nature.

Absolutely! Either her or maybe Twilight or Zecora. They've got the mystical side down

Well they fall into thier own categories; Twilight is a straight up mage trained in the arcane arts, she's considered a mage because her spell casting power is a combination of raw potential (like sorcerers) and applied study and practice (like wizards). Zecora on the other hand is most qualified to be a shaman due to the nature of her heritage being closely tied to her skills and her fascination with artifacts and totems.
Fluttershy makes the best witch because she's closely tied to nature and its connection with animals and (this may surprise you to hear this) but I think she would make a better Hunter than a Druid.
