Well this was originally a drawing I made, which i find making a drawing before vectoring helps a bit, and then I used the program inkscape (well technically ponyscape, but still) to do the vectoring. If you want to learn how to use it I'd personally recommend Flutterguy317s tutorial on youtube. Its not super difficult, but it requires a lot of little tempering with things to get everything exactly how you want it.
