Actually, I should probably correct myself. I think we did see the Tac Cube in Parts 1 and 2 of "Unimatrix Zero (VOY)."

I'm not sure if the Tactical Cube ever appeared in an episode, but it does show up in the video game "Star Trek: Legacy." Damn thing is a monster.
