Description This is a screenshot from Tiberium Essence 1.4. 1.51 Beta has been released, but it is not yet finished.

Check out the super-sexy Tiberium Essence mod! [link]

This is the Mammoth Mark II Heavy Battle Mechanized Walker. It is equipped with dual double-barrel rail guns, a 30mm cannon mounted underneath the cockpit, and 2 Surface-to-Air Missile racks mounted on top of the guns. Furthermore, in this case, it can be further enhanced by equipping a rooftop-mounted Disk Launcher or AA Railgun (in this case, the unit features the Disk Launcher, which is a powerful grenade-like launching system that can also clear out occupied structures).

It features an "active armor" system which allows it to realign, repair, and replace damaged armor plates (i.e., repair itself). Normal tactical transportation means are insufficient to ferrying around this large weapons platform (which is taller than several buildings), thus the unit can only be delivered to special facilities known as Dropship Command Centers via Dropships. Due to the sensitivity of the materials and technology of this weapon (and since it's so expensive), only one Mammoth Mark II can be deployed at any one time.

It is the heaviest and most powerful platform as part of GDI's Battle Mechanized Walker Program instituted before the Second Tiberium War. It represents the pinnacle of GDI armored warfare technology and cannot be defeated expect by perhaps the most numerous of assaults and the heaviest of all possible Nod weapons. Not even Nod's rival walking Avatar can destroy it, even in waves-it'll be scrap before it even comes into range.

For a bit of trivia, in 1988, Westwood Studios worked with Activision to create a very early Mechwarrior game known as "The Crescent Hawk's Inception" and "The Crescent Hawk's Revenge." As we see, the "Battle Mech" program incorporating the Titan and Wolverine may have taken some leads from Westwood's early developments (yes, kids, Westwood is connected to Mechwarrior!).

As a member of the Tiberium Essence, I grammar and spell-check, and I also wrote a number of the Intel Documents unlocked during the single-player campaign. I know I edited the document for the Mammoth Mark II (during which it was described that the program was being shut down while quoting Nick "Havoc" Parker from Renegade in the article), but I don't recall if I created it originally-I'm sure I didn't, but I did edit it.

You worked on the Tiberium Esssence Mod? I may want to review this mod when I get a new windows 10 gaming PC. I review mods by the way.

Still do, although I haven't heard anything from Carnius, the mod leader, in awhile...

My word, you were involved in modding C&C for awhile, you even have mod related screenshots from 2004. I only got into video game modding in 2013 (C&C Generals Shockwave was one of my first mods if not the first mod I tried), now I review them and wish to become a famed let's play personality specializing in them.

I got a joke for you (i frequently use humor in my reviews) Of all the feet stuff on DeviantART, who has the only feet you don't want to be crushed under?

The Mammoth Mark II.

I've been playing C&C since 1996. Lifelong soldier. They'll bury me with the Tiberian Sun GDI flag draped over my coffin one day.

I've been part of the Essence Team for a number of years, but Carnius, the mod leader, has gone silent, and that worries me...

You're correct... Though I have made my own contributions to feet on DeviantART; it's not all I do as I do quite a few comedy bits. I have over 60 comedy articles and my mod reviews are pretty funny, here are some excerpts from my Rise of the Reds review (uploaded April of 2015)

"The propaganda can be further enhanced with a upgrade called subliminal messagingΒ (The Chinese version of the Parents Music Resource Center, who had called for more child friendly propaganda, and a propaganda rating system, are officially banned)"

"The third playable faction is the GLA (it is called the Global Liberation Army, given the workers quotes the liberation part is to be taken with a grain of salt). This faction is highly dubious; for example in version 1.85 of the mod you can literally hire mercenary grenadiers and gunners."

"Wait a hour, the global warming Russia causes will kill their foe for them (citation needed)"

Though I admit I have gotten better at the art of the review and writing since then. A review I made of a Civ V mod called "Anno Domini (BNW)" has over 2500 words (I can only imagine how big a mod would beΒ to the pointΒ it may rival Fallout Equestria or the Holy Bible in length).

It's sad that the mod leader hasn't been heard from; maybe the mod will go on without him (but does it have to?)

Which totally didn't make any sense seeing as how GDI had extensive funds from Tiberium itself.

Hmm! We don't have those yet! I don't know if they've been considered.

I'll write those down.

Loving the idea of Disk Thrower turrets, I have to say... Will they be a modular addition to the Vulcan and RPG turrets from TS?
