well, I was Think maybe try and do some work on the wings, and the belly. The Belly looks like she ate a bit too much in this picture. 
Also, maybe work on the legs also. it does not look like she is sitting in an good position. 

and ofc... maybe try and work some more on the shading. 

But that is all I can give as tips for improvement.
