What drawing software do you use?
I suggest you to use three layers. One for the lines, one for the colors and a background layer.

The software came with the tablet its called Corel Painter Essentials 4.
I wanted photo shop so I could things a bit smoother, but my parents didn't know the one I wanted. So I'm going to have to wait. and beleive me I'm using layers and its still a little iffy to me. Well this one was, I'm not to happy with it.

About the layers, they work like a cake. The upper layer will cover the layer beneath itself. [link]
