This is made in order to clear out the lore of the gang.
This profile is based on when they were at their highest, not their current strength.

This picture also took way WAY too long to upload, I finished the Gmod part of it in March last year. And did not finish writing the profile until two weeks ago, and then I was unable to upload it at my usual time because I was on vacation.

Lore: Shortly after the bombs dropped the state of Arkansas became feral pretty fast. Most of the state was farming communities and limited industry, the radiation settled over the place and the state quickly became overrun by Mutants and raiders who were plaguing the common folk. Eventually one of the raider gangs had a change in leadership when their leader was killed by his lieutenant Jones.
Jones believed that their actions were just making the whole situation in the badlands worse and therefore they needed to change their ways in order to make things better for everyone.
He reformed the gang and turned them into a mercenary army known as the "Wolves" who began to patrol the roads and began to murder Mutants and other raider gangs. Their new found philosophy made them very popular with the people who began to pay tithes in the form of supplies and manpower. Other raider gangs and nomads joined their ranks as a way to survive or because they believed in the wolves ideology.
Eventually, Jones had amassed a small army of tough bruisers with a powerful fleet of cars built for combat. But their greatest asset came when they located a large factory from before the war that specialized in water-purification. The equipment was still intact and could turn the most radioactive sludge into water that was so pure you could practically not see it. This meant that the wolves could begin to sell water as well and grow crops for themselves, but as their wealth grew they turned away from their original ideas.
They became corrupt, greedy and tyrannical towards others, they began to require more and more of the local populations and eventually they were requiring so much that nobody could afford to pay them the tithes, eventually, the tithes became nothing less than extortion money.
The general population could not resist the Wolves in any way, the wolves had access to the only abundant supply of water and the Wolves army was well organized and they had a what was essentially a small fleet of high-powered cars and vehicles in their arsenal. The Wolves could have just sat in their base and lived their lives fully, but their greed made them decide to expand even further.
They began expanding into the state of Tennessee, but here they finally meet resistance from somebody who could put up a real fight. While the state of Tennessee at the time was landless land, with no fixed ruler, just scattered bandit groups and violent nomads with the only civilized places being the few remaining free towns that had not been ravaged by bandits. It had caught the attention of another faction. The Promethean task force
They were a group with similar goals that the wolves used to have. This caused many Wolves to desert or act as double agents and began to undermine the Wolves.
Eventually, after a long war of attrition, hit and run raids as well as a fair share of atrocities on both sides. The Prometheans with a combination of superior numbers, better tactics, support from the local population and sabotage they took the Wolves apart piece by little piece.
The final death stroke for the Wolves was when one of King Jones son escaped his tyrannical dad and gave some much needed Intel to the Prometheans that told about the weaknesses in the wolves the main base known the "Castle" which enabled the Prometheans to take the Castle from the Wolves with minimal casualties.
The wolves leader Jones did escape this battle with a large part of his forces intact. He swore revenge against the Prometheans for killing his children and taking his empire away from him.
Nowadays, however, there is almost nothing left of the Wolves as they have had a hard time getting new recruits and they are running low on every kind of resources. They are still a considerable threat as they are one of the most experienced and well-equipped raider gangs in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, and their surrounding states.
But despite this, the noose around their neck is slowly tightening as the Prometheans bounty on the Wolves and their leader is growing. And as many others seeks to get rid of them for good.

Policy: The original policy of the wolves was that anyone who paid them ties would recessive protection from mutants, raiders, and factions. Later along the lines, however, the wolves became greedy and corrupt so they began to loot everything and everyone they could find in order to gain more power and resources, even though they still claim that they are doing everything for the good of everyone else.

Goal: The Wolves only goal has always been to survive the apocalypse and to be comfortable in their lives when doing so.

Survival: At their height, they had access to a nearly limitless supply of water. This enabled them to farm large quantities of crops and have a bargaining tool for resources.

Tactical advantages:
Car army: The wolves are known for their large fleet of high-quality cars. They can outrun and outgun almost every other army in the southern states of America. The drivers are handpicked and trained so they all end up as the best possible drivers in charge of the cars.
Navigation experts: The Wolves has grown up training in scouting the terrain and memorizing as much of the badlands in their heads as possible. In that way, they will always have a plan in their heads.
Water access: At their height, the wolves had access to some of the best water purification you can find in the badlands.
Tactical disadvantages:
Corruption: As time went by they began to succumb to mass corruption, they began to tyrannize the people they were supposed to protect and many of them began to undermine their fellow officers in order to advance themselves. These problems crippled them in the long run.
Lack of air-power: the wolves had limited in terms of aircraft. This is due in part that early on in the apocalypse the air was too dangerous to fly through due to strong winds and acidic rain. In total, they only had a few smaller aircraft that they used in order to scout enemy positions early on.
Overdependent on their cars: Their cars were their main ability to maim their opponents, this advantage could be robbed from them by forcing them to fight in places where cars are a bad choice of weapon.

The Prometheus task force(owned by ) : The Prometheus task force was the main enemy of the Wolves. And were the ones to eventually defeat the Wolves. Because of this, the wolves have regularly been making raids on pro-Promethean settlements and free towns.

Trivia:
The wolves were created as secondary antagonists to serve in nemesis because the Angel Of Death's Gang is very small with only a few members.
Originally they were created as a Mercenary group who would only make one appearance. Later they were evolved into serving as secondary antagonists.
The Name wolves come from their preferred strategy to use large "packs" of armored cars to tear their enemies apart.
