Hey man, decent job bro. Few things, don't know if this is just your style or not but personally I think the tones could be contrasted a bit more. It kinda feels like he's not popping out of the background color. Just me... tell me to zip it it if that was intended. XD
As for feeling similar? I did a search on deadpool in DA AFTER.... I did this one. I found one that looks almost identicle in pose. I was soooo freaked out at how close the poses were when I never even seen this image before.

lol...it was intended, because i'm changing the background to a night setting wth a moon so i didn't want to add anymore contrast until i was done by the night/moon background...but thanks for the tips....i'll keep that in mind.
