A being from Episode 11 of Desert Squadron: Saharanger.Mr. Universe is a giant galactic being who watches over the universe to help prevent unavoidable disasters that would wipe out a large portion of living beings. Since he is so big, he manifests his eye in order to communicate with others. His "Minute Hand", "Millenium Hand", and "Eon Hand" abiliteis can preform any task he wishes. When he fuses their powers together, he can preform a final "Happy Land" task.
His name come from the They Might Be Giants song "Particle Man".
