The monster from Prism Squadron: Shineranger Chapter 7. He is a humanoid monster with snakes for hands that can spit venom. Anything metal that the venom comes in contact with cause it to rust. He used to be a loyal servant to Astraeus before he was banished by Aurora and was chased by Carrier Pisces due to his fish allergies. On his robe are the symbols for Ophiuchus, the Snake Holder constellation.

Trivia:
The colors of his and his snakes eyes mirror that of Calliope and Caliborn from the webcomic Homestuck. They and Ophiuchus both share the astrological sign of Ophiuchus, along with having snake motifs.
