The monster from Desert Squadron: Saharanger Episode 9. They are a floating eyeball with three rings floating around it like a gyroscope. They can zap anything with it's arrow to cause smaller objects to orbit around it's target. Their name comes from the Norwegian electronic duo Röyksopp.
