Oh hey look, I'm one of those stupid people that actually spends time thinking of an original armor concept for Zero instead of translating any armors he has in previous games to different bit formats. I decided to create a Templar styled armor for Zero, colors, helmet and all. For this one sprite, I also asked for kacper's permission to use his sprite from Megaman X Corrupted, and he gladly gave it to me.

So I just went ahead to MS Paint, spent a good two hours in it after a quick research on how 11th century crusade armor looked like and decided to go give it a try. Zero even has a white cape and chain mail details on his arms and legs, though you might want to zoom it in to see that fully, or just download the picture and see it for yourself.
