Description
She never comes out of that place,Those yowly cats do venture,
The little brats fear her,
Throw stones and run
Just for 'fun'.
You can see her at that window,
Dressed in something tatty,
She ignored the bratty
Yet loves the attention
She's lonely,
I mention.
I try to forsake those common
Stereotypes - for curiousity
Does ask me what she was like,
Before the insanity
Forgotten humanity
A lack of vanity
Took over her
Mind.
Cat lady.

That mysterious acttitude makes you want to know more about them and get lost into their enigmatic world.

I wish that little vote-drop down box would have a "LOVES Deviation" option.
Your obvious rhythm and rhyme manipulative talent makes me giggly and fuzzy inside. whooo! look at me tingle. And me being a huge cat fan (as mentioned before) adds a starla-only level of enjoyment to it.
My only critical comment is this: I think the single quote marks around fun aren't needed. I think the intended irony is clear without them.
cheers!

hehehehehehhehehehehehhe
got an image stuck in my mind from the simpsons of the cat lady throwing her cats at lisa as she nears the place to do an interview--to irnoically prove that she IS sane
--now back to the actual poem, hehhehehehhe--
I like the rhymes, their existence brought some order to the poem, as though paralelling some order in the cat ladies life...yet the rhyming lines aren't always in the same place, so it paralells her unstableness, the insanity, freak-loner factor.
I like it, but damned if that simpsons image doesn't leave my mind
