I really like this, though there are 2 things bugging me.
The eye further away is a little squinty in comparison to the closer eye - If it was opened just a tad, it would be much more proportional.
The other thing is the shading/highlighting on the bridge of the nose looks a little off right between the eyes - As if the bridge is straight on the the camera, while the rest of the nose in in profile with the rest of the image...
I love your style of doing hair! It's lovely, and I like the choice of doing the eyes in brown.
