Description
This is the pencil only form of RJ + Taski: Partners in crime .As you may see my Scanner hates me. It seams determined to "adjust" the picture in such a way that dark grey becomes an ugly pixelated black and light grey vanishes off the screen all together. I think I may take up ~Adnrew 's suggestion to use the Digital camera. It seams to be far better at capturing images than the Scanner.

Well, in my case first I ink the drawing, then I erase the lines I draw with the pencil, I scann, and change the brightness/contrast with the program I use to colours the pics, and well, in my case it's better than a digital camera. But if it works better for you with a digitl camera, use it! ^^

I've never worked out how to ink art very well. Part of the reason is that I'm petrified of what would happen if I slip or make a mistake! I did try tracing through some paper once, but that doesn't work too well without a light box. Maybe If I get my tracing paper back off Andy (He stole the whole booklet- It's was completely unused! ) But yeah, Inking does give those nice clean crisp lines that you can't get from pencil.

Well, in my case I just use a pencil with a very very thin extremity...Equidna recomonded me Pilot C-4, or something like that, and yes, it's very thin, but sometimes the pencil doesn't "work" (not enough ink...).
And if you split, made a mistake, a stupid spot in the midle of the drawing, don't worry, you always can erase it later on the computer! X3
