Slider Tanks.Release Version 2.4
Picks a random map out of 6 I have made and pick 1 of 4 possible spawn pairs.
WASD/Arrow keys to move your black tank.
1,2 on the keyboard to switch between the standard machine gun and the still being tests cannon.
Kill the red tank to win the round which will start a new round. If you lose it will also start a new round.

Enemy AI updated a bit, can move in any angle.

Enemy AI is slightly smarter now, some basic changes have been done.
Quick brake has been added. Hit SPACEBAR to stop instantly. The computer has it too.

Enemy now switches between weapons every 5 or so seconds.

Enemy AI improved to keep from killing himself on certain walls. Enemy AI improved to move out of the way when you snipe him and he can't hit you.

I like the game, but the enemies AI needs to be improved a tad more. I was just getting next to a wall at the right distance so that I could shoot the CPU as much as I wanted, but it wouldn't return fire. Looks nice otherwise =]

Exactly, AI is often the hardest part and there are normally ways to exploit it.
I'll be tweaking the AI and making it better with time.

Version 2? I like the simple controls but I don't like it when i bounce off the top or bottom of something and it reverses my horizontal movement too
