You should just have to double-click the .xtheme file wherever it downloaded to and it'll load and copy to your theme directory

Thanks snarph for the kind words-in a nutshell you need to have several images in different states of action to make a bitmap animation-they have an excellent tool for download at stardock that can help with this-its called the bitmap animation tool or something like that.Congrats on your new theme-very well put together-myn daughter loves it!!!-She says she wishes you would make it in red. Nice work!
