This is my best representation of the semi refit USS Enterprise from the canceled 1978 TV "Star Trek: Phase II".I wont go into a big description of Phase II so you can just go hear [link]
Star trek Phase two was to be the Pilot series for the planned Paramount Television Network. Well the plan for the channel fell through and the show was canceled in pre-production.
Of course Paramount got their channel in 1995 as the UPN (United Paramount Network). Along with the launch of Star Trek: Voyager.
