i finally got a chance to play a little bit with my new lenses and filters for my camera. i really like how it turned out with the dark sky and the bright ground...it may not be perfect but it was just expirementation and i like how it turned outi used a circular polarizing, sepia and warming filter. and fisheye lens...its not really fisheyed since i zoomed in quite a bit for the shot.

Love the fisheye bit and the brightness of the ground and the gradient in the sky.
And although it's not a computer design it has your language.
The element of weirdness is great, it enhances the sense of Nature.

Great shot, your use of filters was very clever. The tones are good, I like how the polarizing lens tweaked the contrasts. Actually, the fish eyes is noticeable, the horizon being not so horizontal here
The composition is pretty good, and I think it would have been, whatever lens and filter you could have used or not. I love how the main subject has been framed, letting the whole foreground free and partly hiding the background.
God, my english sucks, I have to stop here, I can't find my words. Anyway, you got the point, this is just great !

How interesting. It reminds me of Monte Python where they have a bush, (but obviously this is a tree) and the Knights Who Say Ni want another a little higher above the other so a nice path can go inbetween just like this picture!!! They knights would be proud. Hmmm....this phycis ward is comfy.

Wonderful to see experimentation in such form - this is beautiful - the clarity is there, the contrasting tones from the light and darkness are perfect. Not sure if its my screen, but there apprears to be a very faint rainbow effect around the darkened sky which really adds to the warmth generated by the sepia.
