This most wanted case would become available after bringing Poison Ivy to the GCPD during Arkham Knight.
Cash tells Batman that the day before Scarecrow attacks the diner a mother reports that her daughter Kimmy had disappeared in the middle of the night & fears that her ex-husband is responsible. Batman asks the officer sent to investigate the case, the officer tell him in the days before the disappearance Kimmy had been visited repeatedly at night by her imaginary friend “Mojo” who gives her jewelry, Batman looks at one of gifts & recognize it from a jewelry store that got recently robbed.
When Batman goes to the jewelry store he reviews the security footage only to see the jewelry & more vanished into thin air. He asks Alfred to to dig up some info on Kimmy’s father where Alfred tells him that her mom & dad had recently got divorced & her mom had put a restraining order on her dad: Lloyd Ventrix. Alfred then says that Lloyd had worked for a scientist who developed an invisibility plastic but died due to the plastic being toxic. Batman asks Alfred to find Lloyd’s current home. After reaching Lloyd’s apartment building Batman find Lloyd’s car is covered in the plastic, Batman finds Kimmy and has to find a way to make the invisible father seeable in order to knock him out to save Kimmy.
