I made this picture, because the fact is so sad, that dubstep became a fashion recently. Some years ago nobody knew it, or the few who did, hated or loved it.These days most of the listeners listen to it, because it became a fashion.
I hope it will change in the future and the true dubstep lovers will remain in the future.
This genre should not be mixed with pop music!

That's the beauty of North America's infamous mainstream rape attack. It has raped the beauty from many things. I got into dubstep only a year ago, and very few people knew of it. Just yesterday, I was in Japanese class playing Youtube music on the stereo speakers (last day of school), and one of the kids just typed in "UKF" and clicked on the first video. I was mentally like "wow... seriously?". I wanted to play some nice minimal dubstep from Shackleton, but they changed it with the first one I played (Hypno Angel) to some boring pop song or something. It's like, cmon! Enjoy the beauty of minimal, and indulge yourself! That's what I do. The teacher enjoyed it... I was able to play some of Shackleton's other songs near the end of the day when most of the students were out. Me and him just talked about the music for the time. It was awesome. It's sad how fast things become mainstream. I like types of dubstep, but it gets annoying seeing how mainstream the filth is.
