Pretty much what I did all day. Sat in my computer chair. Inspirational, right?Background kinda sucks but idegaf.

Well pick one that you want to model your drawing style after for now, and draw it 
that's how I got started, too.

Every artist has their own style. If you were to compare my art to someone else's, odds are it would be different, even if we drew the same character.
That's because everyone's style varies.
So what I suggest to start finding your style, is pick an anime who's drawing style you would like yours to look like.
You don't have to completely mimic it, but you can make it close. For instance, maybe you want your art to look like the art from Lucky Star.
To do so, use pictures from the anime as a reference when you start out.
You don't have to follow it exactly, though.
Maybe you want to use soft shading instead of cell shading.
It's all your choice, you just have to practice to find what you like C:
