Description
(Pronounced Baa-lee-cab)Bio: Balicab use their illuminated orbs to scan the water for plankton. The plankton react the light by shimmering making them much easy to see. The lights are also used to improve visibility when deep diving, as well as used in defence to blind and stun the attacker.
