Evolution Chain: Spinda -- Breed w/a Champion's Crest --> Deelai
Species: The Mesmerized Pokémon
Ability: Early Bird - SLEEP conditions lasts for half as long, rounding down. For example, half of three turns is 1.5, which rounds down to one turn. When the number of turns to sleep is one, half of this rounded down is zero, and the Pokémon wakes up instantly.
Bio: Deelai always appear to be in a state of transfixion, as if day-dreaming. In this suspended state its appears to feel no pain and shows no emotion. Occasionally it will suddenly snap out of it's mesmerized animation and wake-up panicking, but quickly revert back to it's gormless sleep!
