Evolves from Smeargle (with maxed out Smartness and Antique Pallet attached).
Species: Artistic Pokemon
Ability: Artistic Flare - Creates Artwork which can be sold for high price.
After years of crafting their skill and the right conditions, a Smeargle can evolve into Ruffbrandt. They are extremely rare and talented Pokemon, artistically able to rival some of the best human artists. Each Ruffbrandt's adopts their own Artistic style depending on their upbringing, personal experiences and trainers, making each Ruffbrandt unique. Because of their talented skill, in the past Ruffbrandt have been a targeted by villainous groups on a number of occasions, trying to make money fast by forcing them to work, to sell on their work for big money.

It's really good, however I think it might look better if a least one eye was showing. Also, isn't he brown-not red??
