Mt. Haversom on Cycosis has a giant cave system that was re-purposed into launch platforms for large ships into orbit. The Haversom launch platforms proved to be very beneficial during the Cycosian War for allowing large amounts of supplies to be transported to MSU troops from Carrier-class ships with constant ease. The reason for launch platforms like these is due to the fact that larger ships tend to use a lot of power to fly into orbit but with the platforms, these large ships can be shot into space like a railgun therefore they have the ability to make quick folds through space towards their next destinations. During the final year of the war, multiple planet shaker bolts fired from Follen ships cracked through the eastern side of the mountains cave. The first wave of Follen attackers primarily consisted of APAC heavy robots. This attack majorly surprised ArkTech MSU and remaining PDF forces whom had been mostly defending the only previously current entrance of the cavern. After a full day of vicious fighting, the forced opening made by Follen had finally collapsed. This in turn halted the Follen attack and crushed two Follen tanks. The consequence of the surprise attack was that most of the launch platforms took heavy amounts of damage with one being absolutely obliterated from falling debris from the cave and cannon fire from Follen troops. The Mt. Haversom Conflict dealt a huge blow to ArkTech supply lines. Because of this, the final joint-assault on Follen superweapon had to be delayed by several months.
