I think if you're going to make a female cyborg, she should have very CURVY hardware. Lots of flowing, uninterrupted, undisturbed geometry and very smooth, round surfaces. Very round. I would try to avoid as many sharp corners and straight edges as possible. Too many female cyborgs are just WW2 Tanks-with-Tits and basically loose the female form/figure.
