Edit - I forgot to put Roth's scars in the image on here, but he does have a bunch of them, mostly centered on the front of his body. Here is another version of Roth from a sci-fi novel that I'm writing, just ignore the horns and wingy protrusions on his back, other than that, he's the same -

Personality: Harsh, stand-offish, militaristic, but deep down cares deeply and wants nothing but what is best for his pack.
History: Roth was born into the Moss River territory, and knows it like the back of his paw, or the scars that have lined his body defending it. His father and grandfather before him were Guardians, and Roth eagerly followed in their pawsteps. He lost most of his tail when he was still a Tyro, before he gained his warrior name, in an elk stampede that he carelessly got in the way of while learning how to take the large animals down. Half of his left ear was lost in a battle with a rogue pack that left his father mortally wounded. It was after his father's last breaths left him, and the former alpha of the pack, who his family had been endlessly loyal to, denounced Sin-Eater as a failure of a Guardian, that Roth took over, killing the old, weak alpha.
He was confirmed as alpha by the Silver Pelts and granted the Alpha's Fire not long after.

Moss River Pack Alpha's Fire allows Roth to call on the strength of his pack brothers.
