Description
Chiirs Atan, or as her friends call her, Cheese, is A Stormcloak Khajit who was brought to Skyrim by the Thalmor to work as a spy. She managed to get away, however, and joined the stormcloak, seeking to help the local nords against the Thalmor.For reasons unknown, after the fighting was over, she joined the thieves guild.

Some one miss heard her name, and Instead of Chriis (Chrees), heard Cheese, and it became her Nickname.
