Corruption, Sin, Curses and Monsters all haunt the average man of the Vasterlands, and those are mostly hunted for being such. However, some of those manage to put their monstrous nature under control - they still desire to do good, despite being inherently sinful in their nature. These Assimilators, Wraiths, Soul Parasites, Shapeshifters and Jade Shadows often times move to the various Orders of the Vestal See for guidance and repentance - often trough using their sinful powers to wage war against the enemies of the Vestal See, Specifically in one of the many monasteries, lodges and schools that are operated by the Order of the Crimson Twilight of the Most Holy Sword Goddess.

Jade Shadows, Shades, Jade Shades, and Green eyes, as they are known, are the most numerous of these, and have their own specialized lodge: The Lodge of the most accursed Green Eyed Ravens of the Most Holy Sword Goddess's Crimson Twilight. They are trained as assassins, ranges, scouts, spies, and also as effective battle-field troops. With their skill of possession, moving in shadows, phasing trough walls, and sensing the living, they are elite troops, not spent lightly.

The problem of their low numbers gets worse, as their fanatical and repentant nature of the one hand makes them all too happy to sacrifice themselves, while their sinful corrupted soul often times pushes them towards defection, where instead of serving the Vestal See they go serve as mere killers serving kings and lords.
