Description
In the Technocratic State-planet of Titan B, one of the first planets to be reached by the space-folds, Human life is of little value, unless the human in question is a scientist, technician, or an engineer, or otherwise proves to be valuable in someway or another. Those who are deemed as not cost-effective, are killed in the age of 24. However, those who show some form of tactical prowess, strength, or cunning with controlling machines, or weapons, are recruited into the army. While the Titan B army is mostly composed of robots, Only the Great AI that rules Titan B is powerful enough to calculate successful battle plans and strategies. The army relies on humans to make sure the robots are following order, and not only, but the entire army elite, the special tech force, or the STF, is made entirely of humans. The most widely known of those, is unit 24, a surprisingly young girl from the moon of titan B, Nede.Unit 24, (full name Military action unit 24-FEM, bron as New-born 2456234B), or as the human population nicknamed her, Unitu, was born to Citizen 13 (full name Civilian use Citizen 13-M) and Scientist-663 (full name Bio-Scientist-663-FEM). However, from young age the girl showed no knowledge or intrest in science, machinery, electronics, or engineering. When she was 16, she was picked to be a test subject, as many other use-less teenagers, for the military robot.Teenagers were used as target-practice for Military Ai testing. Few ever survived those, and fewer came out without harm. Unit 24, however, managed not only to survive, but actually overcoming one of the training robots, gunning it down.
It was then that Unit 45-G (full name Military unit 45.01 General FEM) noticed her skill. Unit 24 managed to survived by hiding in the training zone, moving behind a Military robot, and taking his own gun out, and shooting him dead in the main control unit, and then taking out 3 other robots, silently, from over 500 meters away.
After this display of skill, Unit 24 was moved to the military branch, where she received her name. After 2 years of Training, Unit 24 was issued with a Stealth suit and a sniper rifle, both tailored for her.
As she acted in more and more conflicts, she became a hero for the Titan B population, and posters of her promted on screens around the capital (this would lead to the creation of the Propoganda-class of citizens, which would be the only salvation for the more artistic citizens.).
Despite her loyalty, Unit 24 refused all kind of cybernetic implants, such as limb replacement, or extra memory-cells.

Well, perhaps so. A Robot only cares about efficiency, and will always find use for something. if the teens are not showing signs of being usefull member of society, guinea pig they shall be.
In other words, To the Ruling Ai entity, it's not evil, it's efficiency.

I am panning on some day creating a Mod of Red alert 3 for this game, or perhaps writing a series of short stories in this universe, but for now I am focusing on my skyrim fan fic.

The only place where stuff like this does not happen, is earth, but it undergone so many apocalypses, and it's mainly ruled by local tribal lords or religious maniacs. Like Britain, which is divided between several small provinces that work with and sometimes against each other, with the borders between them filled with mutated wild life, and the population spents it's day listening to religious sermons, wroking in one of the few factories who survived the apocalypse, and fighting deranged british wild-life that has been mutated.

Yep. For one, their time system is basically ours just instead of months and days, they use thousends fractions of the year.
The Unification Wars, well were the wars on Terra in which the Empy cameto power.

hey, the Republics of Rem, the Facist\communist union of planets carpet-nukes planets when they start a full scale revolution, and the Heavenly Empire of Terra x.1 is known for massive purges of population deemed as heretics.
so ya, it's very... horrible world to live in.
